
Brandon is the head of J.P. Morgan’s SIDM business for the Americas. The SIDM (“Structured Investments Distributor Marketing”) business delivers the Commercial & Investment Bank’s solutions (derivatives, investable indices) to client segments including Private Banks, Wirehouses, Broker-Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors, with the primary business being the issuance and sale of cross-asset structured notes and Certificates of Deposit. The team also provides sales support for the Firm’s insurance carrier clients who offer J.P. Morgan Investable Indices via their various policies. In addition to his regional responsibilities, Brandon is a member of the Global EDG and SIDM Management Team, where he co-leads the division’s global retail client strategy, and the Global ESG Committee.
Brandon joined the Firm in 2006 after graduating from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics.

Ezgi Ertan leads Structured ETFs and Alternative Wrappers at JP Morgan. In her current role, she partners with ETF issuers, index providers, and asset allocators as a hedge provider on swap-based ETFs that utilize options-based strategies and Quantitative Investment Strategies. Prior to her current role, Ezgi spent nearly a decade on the Structured Notes desk, originating solutions and driving distribution across IBD and RIA channels. Before that, she spent three years at the JP Morgan Private Bank, further honing her expertise in derivatives, structured investments, and wealth management. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, servicing institutional clients in fixed income derivatives. An Economics graduate of the University of Chicago, Ezgi is originally from Turkey and brings a global perspective to the financial services industry.

Kamesh Chilukuri, CFA is currently Managing Director and Head of Derivatives at Symetra Investment Management Company with responsibilities across trading, strategy, modeling and technology. Kamesh has prior experience at Lincoln Financial Group and UBS Investment Bank and was recognized as a ACLI rising leader in 2025. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, a Master of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar.

Nataliya leads Stifel Structured & Alternative Solutions (SAS) team focusing on diligence, sourcing, analysis, implementation and education of offerings and opportunities in Private Markets, Hedge Funds, Liquid Alternatives, as well as Structured Investments solutions focused on generating enhanced yield, outperformance, management of concentrated equity exposure or downside protection for client portfolios. Nataliya leads a team responsible for sourcing and developing tailored, innovative and low cost solutions for Stifel’s Private Client Group, helping clients achieve strategic investments in their investment portfolios. Prior to joining Stifel over 9 years ago Nataliya was a Vice President at Barclays on Equity and Funds Structured Solutions desk, where she worked for over 10 years and was responsible for origination and distribution of structured solutions and quantitative strategies to banks and broker/dealer clients. Nataliya is a CFA charterholder and holds her MBA from Columbia Business School.
